SUMMARY:The King's School Sports Day
DESCRIPTION:The King’s School Sports Day is a popular event in the School Calendar with students competing in a variety of events to earn points for their house. Students who are spectating are involved in supporting their house and banners are displayed around the stadium for the duration of the event. \nPlease note that seating for parents and carers is restricted to one area within the stadium that is concrete stepped stand with no cover. \nParents and carers are not permitted outside of this stand. The stand overlooks the start of the 100m running track but there is not a clear view from the stand of the field events. \nToilets can only be accessed by leaving the stadium to use the facilities at the Leisure Centre.

DESCRIPTION:The King’s School cricket week is a week of coaching\, games and competitions.\nCoaching clinics will be spread over the whole week and will cover all aspects of the game of cricket.\nThe coaching clinics will take place throughout the morning and the afternoons will be set aside for competitions. \nCricket week program\n\n\n\n10am-12.00pm Coaching sessions\n12.00pm-12.30pm Lunch\n12.30pm- 3.00pm Cricket matches\n\nThe cost for the 4 days is £100\nChildren from any school can attend the course.\nAll students who attend must bring a packed lunch as no food will be sold or provided. On the final day\, participants will take part in tournament followed by an awards presentation. \nAll participants must bring: \n\nA packed lunch and snacks (no food will be sold or provided)\nA reusable water bottle\nSun cream/ hat\nWear trainers and clothing suitable for physical activity\n\nThe cost for the 3 days is £120 \nChildren from any school can attend the course on any individual day or a combination of multiple days at a cost of £45 per day. \nPlease complete the online form and submit payment by Friday\, 10 July.
